Persistence

That's my word for 2009! Why?? Because I need to be persistent with all of those jobs I love to hate and then put off until later. So that's my word, my motto, my plan for this year. DON'T give up!

What's yours going to be????

It's been a while since I've been here and so much has happened. We had a crazy end to '08, very busy for sure.

This year will bring some changes to our household...

~ Abbey starts school. My baby goes to school! SOB!!!
~ Dylan starts Year 2. When did this happen??
~ I will be working 4 days per week. God help me, maybe I should have had another baby?!? Not a chance!
~ I am going to start applying for AP jobs! Scary!
~ Mark will be Mark and plod at his own pace. lol
~ And I'm sure many more things will happen, these are just the ones I know for sure!
~ Maybe my transfer will come through and we'll be moving to the Central Coast too. Who knows??

I wonder else 2009 will bring... :)

I've scrapped up a storm during the school holidays but sadly I can't share all of it just now.

Here's some stuff I can share.

2. A Chrissy card which kicked off my contributions to the 12 Weeks Of Christmas Challenges at 3AS.

Just quietly, I REALLY don't want to go back to work next week. :)

Girls Weekend In

Check out what the girls over at 3 Angels Scrapping are up too.

We have decided to support the 'Girls Night In' campaign, which helps to raise much needed funds for cancer research. We are going to be holding a.....

'GIRLS WEEKEND IN'.

When: Sat 11th and Sun 12th of October.

There will be 10 locked challenges set up in the workshop section of the forum.

We are asking for a $2 donation to unlock the challenges you are interested in doing over the weekend. Once your payment has been registered you will receive a password that will allow you access. We would encourage you to pay in advance so you can access them on the 'Girls Weekend In'.


We will send the money raised onto the Cancer Council after the weekend, or you can simply make a donation using the Cancer Council link. Let's aim high girls!! It's for a great cause.

We will give you a description of each challenge as we get a bit closer. But think PINK!!!

Such a great cause I can hardly wait!

The 12 Weeks of Christmas challenge starts this week too. There will be 4 challenges popped up each week in the lead up to Christmas. If you want to get organised for Christmas pop over and check it out.

Fruits of my labour

Not that the labour was all that hard to endure. lol A whole weekend of scrapping is hardly hard work. :) Here's the evidence. :)
